Conceptual Development Plan

The Madrona project proposes 162 ridgetop houses on 367 acres. The primary access will be onto Carbon Canyon Road. Though it is likely additional access will be provided at some future date through Olinda Village on a public road easement through Chino Hills State Park, which is currently gated.
